61911: Advisor-Executive Protection

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provide personal protection services for the CEO and family and other designated employees in accordance with the executive protection program.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide personal protection services for the CEO and family and other designated employees in accordance with the executive protection program

• Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality

• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities

• Remain situationally aware

• Provide investigative and other security services as required

• Coordinate with local law enforcement as needed

• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures

• Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience plus five (5) years of law enforcement and/or corporate security experience, including experience in executive protection

• Ability to direct investigations

• Successful completion of all required and recurrent training programs

• Must be eligible for and maintain commission through the Shelby County Sheriff's Office and meet all minimum state requirements for licensure as a Commissioned Security Officer through the applicable State Police and/or county regulatory authority

• Excellent investigative and communication skills.

• Strong human relation skills, required

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Must be able to travel
