What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the go-to support for employees navigating their tuition assistance benefits. Assist with login and account access issues Guide customers through document submissions and payment processes Review requirements and help resolve missing or incorrect information Handle policy-based inquiries with confidence and clarity Support customers through complex or sensitive situations If you enjoy solving puzzles and helping people-this role is for you! What We're Looking For: MUST HAVE: 1-2+ years of customer service or admin experience Comfortable multitasking across systems (CRM, Outlook, etc.) Strong attention to detail Independent problem-solving skills Ability to handle escalations and tough conversations Understanding that every case matters (this involves real money ) Backgrounds from banking, healthcare admin, or similar roles are highly preferred!
