Summary
Own and execute category strategy, sourcing execution, contracting, supplier performance management, and stakeholder engagement for assigned indirect spend categories. This role partners with crossfunctional stakeholders to deliver savings and value beyond price, ensure service continuity and performance, and drive compliance with enterprise procurement policies and procuretopay (P2P) processes. The profile reflects the core, nonlocalized elements of an enterprise indirect category management role.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain multiyear category strategies aligned with business objectives and enterprise procurement policies. * Plan and execute sourcing and contracting activities, including RFx events, negotiations, supplier selection, approvals, and contract execution. * Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to understand demand requirements, timelines, service expectations, and risk considerations. * Perform spend, market, and total cost analyses to support datadriven sourcing decisions and recommendations. * Negotiate commercial and contractual terms in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and functional teams. * Manage supplier relationships and performance, including service levels, KPIs, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Support governance and compliance by reinforcing use of preferred suppliers, approval workflows, and P2P systems. * Maintain complete and accurate documentation for sourcing decisions, contracts, and supplier performance.

- Lead or support special projects aligned with departmental objectives.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Education & Work Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of related experience
Education & Work Preferences
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field. * 3-5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management. * Experience supporting indirect spend categories within a structured procurement environment.

Benefits Statement Our Total Rewards package in aggregate is above market and includes competitive pay, paid time off programs, peer-to-peer recognition, health and life insurance, wellness programs and incentives, and generous retirement savings.
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $130,000 - $145,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
- If applicable: This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Secure Start Bonus Plan.
