We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Revenue Cycle Manager who is passionate about driving operational excellence, optimizing financial performance, and enhancing patient experience. Job Summary The Revenue Cycle Manager oversees all business and front office operations, including billing, reimbursement, collections, and revenue cycle systems. This leader ensures accurate and timely charge capture, claim submission, and reporting to optimize reimbursement and reduce accounts receivable. Reporting directly into practice leadership, this role supervises Accounts Receivable and the Front Office Supervisor, while leading strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and overall financial performance. Compensation Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000 + Performance Management Bonus Opportunity (PMBO) The actual hiring rate may vary based on experience, education, and demonstrated performance.
