Ournewly renovated 30-bed adult Surgical Specialties Unitis thelargest inpatient department, designed withall-private roomsand advanced monitoring, includingcontinuous pulse oximetry-so nurses can focus on what matters most: exceptional patient care.

This fast-paced, high-acuity environment is where clinicalskills meet variety. Nurses care for patients recovering fromjoint replacements, spinal procedures, foot and ankle surgeries, urologic surgeries, reconstructive plastic surgery, andcomplex wound management. Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to complex. You willidentifycurrent and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyze trends and changes in patient status and plan appropriate interventionsdirectly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursingrequired.
• At least 1 or more years of Clinical Nurse Experience Required.

• Active DC RN Licenserequired

• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providersrequired(AHA or American Red Cross) required.
