Schedule: Mon-Thurs. - 10 hour shifts - 5:30A - 3:50P

This position is offering a pay rate of $18/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Description:
Assemble and support medical device manufacturing processes in a regulated environment.
*Assemble, test, and refurbish electro-mechanical devices
*Follow work instructions, schematics, and wiring diagrams
*Perform visual inspections and quality checks
*Use testing and inspection equipment to verify specifications
*Maintain accurate production and quality records
*Report defects, issues, and safety concerns

Requirements:
*High School Diploma or GED
*1-2 years of assembly/manufacturing experience (or equivalent)
*Ability to read technical instructions and follow procedures
*Basic computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
*Able to work 10-hour shifts (4 days/week) with overtime as needed
*Familiarity with tools, assembly processes, or ERP systems
