We're seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing - Professional Services to join our Global Procurement team.

How can you make an impact?

The Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing - Professional Services leads the coordinated execution of strategic sourcing across enterprise professional services spend. In this role, you will report to the VP, Global Procurement and work collaboratively across our international teams and markets. Your work will ensure consistent application of sourcing strategy direction, commercial standards, and governance expectations across services sourcing leaders and categories.

The Senior Director drives portfolio-level integration, aligning priorities across application development, infrastructure management, information technology outsourcing, consulting, and contingent labor, and serves as the senior escalation point for complex sourcing matters.

We're looking for a leader with a positive approach that seeks to build relationships internally and externally. Success is measured through disciplined portfolio execution, improved cost and delivery outcomes, proactive risk management, and development of sourcing leadership and succession readiness. Strong negotiation, organization, and attention to detail skills are essential for success in this role. The services industry is changing rapidly with the deployment of AI, and you should be comfortable negotiating AI-centric services.

This role is open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. You will work remotely from a home office and travel 3-4 times per year as needed for business reasons.

What you will be doing:

Category Strategy & Market Insight

  • Integrate professional services category strategies into a coherent portfolio aligned to enterprise priorities.
  • Monitor market and supplier trends impacting services delivery and cost structures.

Commercial & Negotiation Capability

  • Set and enforce negotiation posture and commercial standards across professional services sourcing.
  • Serve as senior escalation point for complex, high-value services negotiations.

Stakeholder & Influence Skills

  • Influence senior leaders and resolve cross-functional friction impacting services sourcing execution.
  • Partner with Technology, HR, Finance, and Legal leaders to align on sourcing decisions.

Analytical & Financial Acumen

  • Ensure consistent value measurement, rate governance, and reporting across the services portfolio.
  • Provide executive-level insights on performance and risk.

Risk, Governance & Compliance

  • Oversee portfolio-level services and labor risk, compliance, and resilience.
  • Ensure governance controls operate consistently and effectively.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Hire, train, develop, and lead a team for high performance.
  • Drive leadership development, calibration, and succession planning.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of leading and governing complex, global professional services sourcing and negotiations at scale (>$250M) and a track record of validated savings.
  • 10+ years of building and managing procurement teams with strong leadership presence and judgement.
  • 5+ years of managing services sourcing governance and risk management while leading leaders and driving coordinated execution.
  • Prior experience implementing or using procurement orchestration, esourcing, contract lifecycle management, spend analysis, and other upstream procurement technologies
  • Prior experience implementing AI systems in the general business and procurement function.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience establishing services sourcing standards and governance models.
  • Experience operating across global business units.

The pay range for this position is between $148,000 - $195,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
