Procurement DSV - Global transport and logistics Location: USA - Lancaster, Midpoint Dr Division: Road Transport US Summary The Procurement Manager, Fuel Programs is responsible for the administration, oversight, and continuous improvement of fuel programs supporting both Road and Contract Logistics (CL) operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all fuel-related matters and is responsible for fuel card administration, fuel reporting and analytics, vendor management, pricing negotiations, compliance-related reporting, including IFTA support, and operational cost optimization initiatives. The position also supports broader fleet and equipment-related operational functions through reporting, vendor coordination, and process support activities. This role requires strong knowledge of fuel management platforms, industry fuel vendors, transportation operations, and fleet-related processes, along with the ability to analyze data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support operational efficiency initiatives across the business. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to operate office equipment, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. The employee may occasionally be required to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or lift and move items weighing up to 15 pounds. When visiting truck yards, terminals, or fleet facilities, the employee may occasionally be required to walk on uneven surfaces and navigate active operational areas. This role routinely utilizes standard office equipment including computers, telephones, and related technology. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to focus on computer screens for extended periods of time. Work Environment This position operates primarily in a professional office environment with a low to moderate noise level. The employee may occasionally be required to visit truck yards, terminals, or fleet facilities, where exposure to varying outdoor weather conditions, fuel and vehicle odors, moderate to loud noise, moving equipment, and airborne particles may occur, and where adherence to applicable safety protocols is required. This role may require working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and time-sensitive demands. At Will Employment DSV Road Transport Inc. employees are hired for an undefined period of time as "at will" employees. For this position, the expected base pay range is $75K - $90K Annuel. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
