Description
The RAD Project Manageris responsible fordriving execution, accountability, and predictabilityacross a portfolio of analytics and Tableau dashboard initiatives. This role ownsintake, requirementcoordination, project planning, milestones, and stakeholder communication.Working closely with Ambulatory Transformation & Performance (ATP) Leadership, BI Developers, Clinical, Operational and Administrative Stakeholders, ensures that requests move predictably from intake through prioritization, development, UAT and go-live. The Project Manager willensureRAD work is delivered on time and aligned to operational priorities. While this is primarily a project management role, the Project Manager is expected to beanalyticsliterateand, when needed, able to help answer operational questions using existing RAD dashboards and curated data sources. This capability helps improve responsiveness to stakeholders and protects BI developer capacity. Qualifications
