Staffmark is Now Hiring for a Manufacturing Process Technician Pay Rate: $26.00 - $28.60 per hour Schedules Available: Monday - Friday 1st Shift \| 6 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd Shift \| 3 PM - 11:30 PM Ready to put your hands-on process expertise to work where it actually moves the needle? We're looking for a Manufacturing Process Technician to drive efficiency, quality, and smooth production on our assembly line. What You'll Do (Job Duties) Develop, maintain, and improve assembly processes; review specs periodically for accuracy Partner with Quality Engineers on process improvement, monitoring, root cause, and corrective actions Drive production schedules and process issues to resolution Support engineering and development labs on new product introduction Create production-ready documentation (MPIs) including equipment setup and programs Lead the team on process and efficiency improvements Handle first-call response on non-maintenance downtime issues Monitor equipment performance; make minor adjustments (setups, calibrations, alignments) Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with repairs under supervision Support operators with questions and demonstrations; spot-check product quality Assist with ISO and safety compliance What You Bring (Experience) Hands-on experience with assembly requirements and processes Comfort working across engineering, quality, and production teams Familiarity with equipment calibration and basic troubleshooting Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term disability 401k plans Weekly pay is available every Friday Employee discount programs Apply now and put your process skills to work on a team that values precision and improvement.
