Administrative Project Analyst - Power & Energy

The Administrative Project Analyst will be the first point of contact in the office, responsible for organizing and maintaining administrative tasks. This individual will gather, analyze and organize project data and supports the project team. In more detail, a project analyst will conduct budget tracking, financial forecasting, document organization and general project team support.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Interact with all levels of the organization and external contacts/customers on a daily basis as the first point of contact.
  • Liaison between project sites, market offices, corporate offices and team members providing a high level of customer service to resolve issues and inquiries.
  • Work in partnership with the office departments and assist with all business functions.
  • Establish purchase order requisitions
  • Pursue subcontractor and vendor RFPs
  • Timecard development and field verifications (T&E submittals)
  • Timecard entry review and approvals
  • Procore project setup and observations as needed to support field team
  • Reviewing invoicing and verifying non-billables.
  • Maintaining fleet/tools management accounting and records
  • Project material management arriving to warehouse and associated logistics
  • Support facility-supported trainings
  • Office organization, maintenance and ordering supplies
  • T&E invoice creation and/or Support Documentation
  • Creating workflows and systems to manage tooling/equipment/materials
  • Creating templates for Bill of Materials (working with other regional engineers)
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, finance, or another quantitative field.
  • Ability to work with project leaders to assess potential risk.
  • Ability to explore data looking for insight or surprising findings and conclusions.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data.
  • Proven technical documentation skills and ability to follow standards and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams.
  • Experience with Procore.
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.
  • Analyze large volume datasets for the purpose of driving insight and improving business outcomes.
