Phillips Medisize, a Molex company is seeking a highly strategic and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to serve as the dedicated financial lead supporting a key Medical All-In account out of our Hudson, WI location. This role will partner closely with Business Development, Account Management, Operations, FP&A, and Cost Development teams to drive profitable growth, influence commercial strategy, and support executive decision-making across a complex customer relationship.

The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with business partnership capabilities, helping translate customer strategy, operational dynamics, pricing decisions, and investment opportunities into actionable financial insights and long-term value creation. This role will act as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership and play a critical role in forecasting, customer negotiations, profitability optimization, and strategic growth initiatives.

*Hybrid position with 4 days/week on site.

What You Will Do

  • Lead commercial financial forecasting and revenue planning, including analysis of volume, pricing, mix, and margin impacts to support short and longterm growth objectives.
  • Translate customer demand signals, sales pipeline activity, and operational constraints into actionable financial insights and forwardlooking scenarios.
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Pricing to identify forecast risks, opportunities, and assumptions impacting performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes, tools, dashboards, and reporting to increase visibility, accuracy, and decision speed.
  • Support pricing strategy and customer negotiations by providing profitability analysis, investment evaluation, and returnoncapital modeling.
  • Analyze customer and product profitability drivers, including pricing, cost structure, mix, operational performance, and inflationary impacts.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic commercial decisions, customer growth opportunities, and margin optimization.
  • Lead financial modeling and business case development for new business wins, customer expansions, and capital or strategic investments.
  • Provide thought leadership and constructive challenge to commercial and operational teams using economic thinking and datadriven analysis.
  • Support executive leadership through clear, concise communication of financial impacts, risks, opportunities, and strategic tradeoffs.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
  • 5+ years' experience in progressive, independent financial roles.
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control.
  • Advanced experience in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience using Power BI or similar BI tools for reporting and visualization.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional groups to identify business drivers and quantify financial impacts to inform technical or process decisions.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience supporting a commercial organization (sales, pricing, marketing, or business development).
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience with customer profitability analysis, standard costing, and operational finance.
  • Experience leading financial evaluations of capital projects and asset investments.
  • Exposure to capital investment analysis or new business evaluation.
  • Demonstrated application of economic thinking and the ability to constructively challenge assumptions at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience coaching or developing financial acumen in nonfinance partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights for nonfinance stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment with multiple competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial insights using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
