OVERVIEW Oversees and coordinates patient care activities of assigned nursing unit to maintain and enhance quality of patient care. Schedule: Monday - Friday Shift: Clinic hours unless need dictates otherwise Location: Walworth Hospital & Medical Center Pay Range: $62,396.55-99,834.48 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Culture of Excellence Behavior Expectations To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following behavior expectations: Education and Experience Graduate of an accredited LPN Program OR Wisconsin: Have completed the portion of the RN Program needed to obtain a certificate of completion in practical nursing. Illinois: Have completed the designated curriculum of a Ladder Option Approved Designated RN Program. Certification and Licensure Valid Wisconsin LPN License CPR Certification; Certain AHA courses such as Heartsaver or HeartCodecourses do not meet Mercyhealth standards. Skills and Abilities The Special Physical Demands are considered Essential Job Functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. Level of Supervision Supervisory responsibilities are conducted in accordance with directives of management, the organization's policies, and applicable laws.
