Responsibilities Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Donor Recruitment, assist the department in achievement of whole blood and apheresis collection goals. The Flex Account Manager is accountable under manager supervision for the development, planning and promotion of donor recruitment activities within their assigned territory for the duration of their time in that territory. When not covering a territory, the Flex Account Manager will apply blood drive recruitment and promotion tactics to support collection efforts in coordination with the Donor Relations Associates. Essential Functions:
Recruits new and past donors using varying recruitment and promotional tactics.
Other Functions:
Qualifications Education and Experience Education: Associate's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience. Experience: Two years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer service experience preferred. Any combination of education, training and experience that has supplied the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to perform the essential functions of the job.
