Description
The Director of Operations - New Acquisitions provides oversight of assisted living communities while leading the onboarding of newly acquired communities and partnering closely with the transition team to ensure successful operational integration, stabilization, and alignment with company standards. This role advances Lifespark's vision, mission, and values by driving quality of care and service delivery, employee relations, hiring, financial performance tied to internal key performance indicators and the Company Scorecard. Position: Director of Operations - New Acquisitions Salary: $165,000 - $185,000 annually, depending on experience Service Area: Twin Cities Metro area. Plus, mileage reimbursement of 72.5 cents per mile. Schedule: 1.0 FTE, Full - Time / Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (occasional after hours for events and community support) Lifespark Benefits Include:
