Patient Relations Specialist

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in customer service/patient relations.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Degree in healthcare-related field.

* Understands hospital services, patient care, and regulatory standards.
* Able to demonstrate strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and hospital staff.
* Possesses analytical skills to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
* Can follow through on tasks and motivate others.
* Can implement and champion new processes related to patient relations.
* Can work with hospital leadership to develop and monitor patient relations initiatives.
* Ensures accurate documentation and follow-up of patient complaints.
* Can analyze data and provide detailed reports to hospital committees.
* Is self-motivated and able to manage tasks without constant supervision.
* Assess and addresses patient problems effectively.
* Is proficient in using MS Office products for documentation and reporting.
* Can use hospital systems for data collection and analysis.
