Job Description:

The Coaching & Performance Enablement Senior Associate role supports the execution of performance management and people development programs, with a primary focus on building a culture of coaching and continuous feedback across the firm. This individual helps bring strategy to life through strong change management, content development, and program coordination. The role plays a key part in enabling managers and above to effectively coach, develop, and engage their teams. This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for creating clear, practical, and engaging materials, while helping drive adoption of key programs and behaviors across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of performance management and people development initiatives, with a focus on coaching and continuous feedback

  • Help operationalize and evolve the firm's internal coaching (career coach) program, including tools, resources, and enablement materials

  • Design and deliver change management strategies to support adoption and drive behavior change across managers and employees

  • Create and develop high-quality content, including toolkits, presentations, communications, training resources, and videos

  • Translate program strategy into clear, actionable materials that are easy for employees and managers to use in practice

  • Develop and manage communication plans, including messaging, sequencing, and rollout strategy

  • Build reinforcement materials (e.g., FAQs, reminders, manager guides) to sustain behavior change and program adoption

  • Manage and maintain SharePoint and internal platforms to ensure content is current, accessible, and user-friendly

  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance content development and support scalable delivery of programs

  • Support the advancement of AI-enabled approaches to people development and performance management

  • Coordinate across stakeholders to gather input, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment to business needs

  • Managers equipped with practical, easy-to-use tools to support employee development

  • Clear, consistent communication and materials that drive understanding and action

  • Strong execution of programs with high attention to detail and quality

  • Progress toward more scalable, AI-enabled approaches to development and performance

Skills and Capabilities:

  • Strong written and visual communication skills

  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical, and engaging content

  • Experience with change management and driving behavior adoption

  • Strong attention to detail and eye for design and user experience

  • Solid project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

  • Experience managing content in SharePoint or similar platforms

  • Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and output

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva and Clipchamp is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field required

  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, internal communications, HR programs, or related area

  • Experience supporting performance management, coaching, or people development initiatives preferred

  • Experience in a professional services or startup environment is a plus

  • Will need to travel up to twice a year
