What You'll Do:
  • Design and develop cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and system interconnects using CAD tools (Zuken E3)
  • Translate system schematics into detailed wiring diagrams and manufacturing documentation
  • Create and manage BOMs, wiring lists, and electrical design documentation
  • Select components such as connectors, cables, and shielding to ensure system reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve engineering issues and meet project deadlines
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical design, cable design, or wire harness development
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience using CAD tools, including Zuken E3
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience with TeamCenter PLM, NX CAD, SAP, or iPLM systems
  • Knowledge of IPC-620, ANSI, ASME, or MIL-STD specifications
  • Proven experience creating 2D manufacturing drawings and interpreting engineering specifications
  • Experience designing complex cable and harness assemblies for high-reliability applications
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate risks effectively
