- The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through the application and removal of masking materials on parts, assemblies, and components in accordance with established work instructions, engineering requirements, quality standards, and production schedules.

What You'll Do:
- Perform masking and demasking operations on a variety of parts, assemblies, and components in accordance with approved procedures and specifications.
- Prepare surfaces and materials for masking application to ensure adherence to process and quality requirements.
- Apply masking materials to designated areas to protect surfaces during manufacturing and finishing operations.
- Remove masking materials from completed parts without causing damage to surfaces or finished product.
- Inspect parts before, during, and after masking and demasking operations to verify conformance to workmanship and quality standards.
- Read and follow work instructions, manufacturing travelers, process documentation, and drawings as needed.
- Utilize hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment necessary to perform assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate production, inspection, and process records in accordance with company requirements.
- Support production schedules and workflow demands to meet departmental and organizational objectives.
- Identify and communicate product, material, equipment, or process discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment and support additional production-related duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
- 2+ years of experience using hand tools, measuring devices, or production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
