Our Purpose: We provide trusted food products that people feel good about feeding their families What You'll Handle The Sales Administrator-CPG/Foodservice supports CPG and Foodservice customers by keeping orders accurate and moving from entry through delivery. The role exists to protect service levels, pricing accuracy, and customer satisfaction while partnering closely with Sales, Demand, and Logistics.
If you're ready to build a solid foundation in sales support, apply now. How Your Day Flows You start between 7-4 or 8-5, check messages, and confirm what needs attention first. The morning is steady: you update order details, track where shipments are, and make sure pricing and promo details line up. Midday, you're on quick calls or emails to clear up questions and keep customers informed. You switch between Outlook and spreadsheets to keep notes clean and timelines visible. Later, you follow up on open issues and close the loop with the right internal contacts so nothing stalls. The day ends with a clear handoff list for what's next. Pay Information Salary Range: $22.74 to $31.82/hr. Target Starting Range: $22.74 to $24.04/hr. This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
