Tesla's exponential growth welcomes new customers daily, expanding our units in operation at a remarkable pace. Alongside this surge, our fleet of Tesla service is rapidly growing to ensure a seamless service experience for our expanding customer base. The North America Semi Service Programs team seeks a driven fleet coordinator to join this growing program. In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of our service loaner fleet from allocation to end of useful life. You will also be responsible for processes related to working capital optimization such as ensuring our vehicle assets are utilized in the most effective manner to reduce damages and ensure strong utilization. You will be part of a collaborative team operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the operational lead for the Tesla Semi Loaner Program, ensuring eligible customers receive timely access to temporary vehicles during qualifying service events while maintaining program compliance and uptime commitments
- Help manage the allocation of our Operating Fleet of Service Loaners and manage day-to-day Fleet operations and reporting
- Audit and validate relevant service fleet vehicle information to ensure program compliance
- Act as a primary point of contact for vehicle users to coordinate vehicle allocations and ensure appropriate utilization is maintained
- Work cross functionally with multiple business partners including service leadership, finance, accounting, and logistics to drive process optimizations
- Propose and lead improvement projects that support the program's mission
- Take on additional responsibilities as necessary when new business needs arise
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3 years related allocation, retail planning, or decision-driving analytical role
- Aptitude to quickly learn new systems/technical applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to form solid relationships cross-functionally
- Strong quantitative critical thinking skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and retail math concepts

Expected Compensation
$72,000 - $240,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
