Pay Rate: $26.49 per hour

Shift Options: 2nd Shift, 2:20 PM - 10:20 PM | 3rd Shift, 10:20 PM - 6:20 AM

The Skills You'll Need:

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift to 60 lbs.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
• Ability to read and understand reports and work instructions.
• Willingness to cross-train in multiple operations and departments.
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work safely and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to operate Power Industrial Trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment (training/certification as required).

What You'll Handle Every Shift:

• Follow all safety practices and help maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools as needed.
• Follow standardized work instructions, control plans, procedures, and product specifications.
• Maintain production rates and quality standards based on customer demand.
• Participate in cross-training activities to support production needs.
• Operate PIT equipment and other material handling equipment as required.
• Assist with defined cleanup and housekeeping activities.
• Identify and communicate production, quality, or safety concerns to supervisors and team leads.
• Participate in employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help develop and improve standard work processes.
• Support a respectful and collaborative workplace culture.
• Perform additional duties throughout the plant as assigned by management.
