Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT

Job Duties
Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications: The desired location for this position would be Lancaster PA. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week

Pay Transparency: Total Base Pay Range 20.31 - 29.69 USD Hourly

Additional Details: PT position; Tues. - Friday is from 3 PM - 8 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM - 5 PM
