JOB TITLE: Site Planner
DEPARTMENT: Commercial (Field Service)
EXEMPT / NON-EXEMPT: Exempt SUPERVISOR'S JOB TITLE: Manager, Installation Services

Position Summary
As a Site Planner, you are responsible for leading the planning and coordination of installation and training projects for Natus Neurology systems. You act as the primary point of ownership during the pre-installation and project planning phases, ensuring all technical, logistical, and customer requirements are aligned to enable successful implementation and go-live execution.
This role requires close collaboration with customers, Installation Teams, Clinical Applications, Sales, and IT stakeholders, with accountability for project readiness, scheduling, and overall planning excellence.

Project Planning & Coordination
- Plan neurodiagnostic installation projects, ensuring all required customer documentation is received, validated, and incorporated into project plans
- Identify, schedule, and manage installation and training timelines for assigned projects
- Coordinate project activities to ensure execution aligns with company standards and customer requirements
- Perform site walkthroughs to confirm readiness and compliance with installation requirements
- Negotiate and manage project schedule changes, communicating impacts to stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical, installation, and clinical teams to ensure readiness across all aspects of delivery
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and proactive support during implementation
- Retain ownership of issues through resolution during the planning and execution phases
Resource Planning & Scheduling
- Assign internal resources and contractors based on project needs, required skillsets, and availability
- Support field service scheduling and dispatch to optimize utilization and meet planning targets
- Escalate risks when resource or timing constraints impact project delivery
Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, including project notes, time entries, and required customer records
- Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers.
- Use only approved documentation in line with company guidelines

Qualifications & Experience
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's or Higher degree in a related field, from an accredited college or university is required.
- Project Management Professional certificate strongly recommended or proven experience in managing complex installation projects for at least 5 years.

Technical Skills and Abilities
- Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server requirements, including installation dependencies, connectivity, authentication, backup considerations, and basic database support concepts.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, domain-joined device deployment, and Windows security policies.
- Working knowledge of remote application delivery platforms such as Citrix and similar virtualization or remote access technologies.
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewall considerations, port access, and connectivity for Windows-based devices.
- Familiarity with storage backends, shared storage, and virtualized server environments used to support enterprise applications.

- Must reside within North America, near a major airport
- Must have a valid passport
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements for onsite support, including all needed immunizations, verification of past immunizations, TB screening, drug testing, flu shots, etc as defined by the individual healthcare system.

- Travel to customer sites by air, car, or train

Success in Role
- Deliver accurate and timely project plans enabling successful installations
- Achieve high customer satisfaction during planning and pre-install phases
- Ensure projects are fully prepared prior to installation start dates
- Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant CRM documentation
- Drive improved planning efficiency, reduced delays, and better resource utilization
Pay Transparency:
Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting salary range for this position is $90,000- $100,000 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
