As operational second-in-command to the Delivery Center Information Security Officer, you will directly support the management of cybersecurity programs, policies, procedures, and operational security services within the Office for Information Technology's (IT) Employment, Banking, and Revenue (EBR) Delivery Center. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As the EBR Deputy Delivery Center Information Security Officer, you will help translate strategic direction into day-to-day execution of IT solutions for the agencies and boards supported by the EBR Delivery Center. This includes strengthening leadership continuity and advancing a risk-based security program aligned with Commonwealth policy, enterprise direction, and agency business needs. Your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Operational Oversight: Guide day-to-day cybersecurity activities to ensure consistent execution, administration, and enhancement of the security program
- Risk Management: Assess risks, review findings, and help coordinate decisions regarding acceptance, mitigation, remediation, or transfer of risk
- Project Coordination: Work with technical staff, agency personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of security requirements into processes, discussions, and deliverables
- Policy Development: Participate in creation, implementation, and review of security policies, procedures, standards, guidance, and operating practices designed to protect sensitive, confidential, and mission critical information
- Compliance Activities: Help plan, carry out, and analyze incident, audit, assessment, and compliance activities under deadlines
- Incident Support: Ensure adherence to established enterprise incident response procedures; serve as an operational point of contact during security incidents or urgent matters as needed

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to two days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Seven years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor's degree; or
- Eleven years of professional information technology experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must have five years of experience supporting information security, cybersecurity, IT risk management, IT compliance, IT audit, security operations, or closely related information technology functions.
- You must have five years of experience coordinating projects, assessments, audits, remediation activities, or cross-functional initiatives involving technical and business stakeholders.
- You must have five years of experience interpreting and applying policies, procedures, standards, and compliance requirements in an operational environment.
- You must have five years of experience preparing reports, summaries, metrics, recommendations, or other documentation for management review.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- ITIL Foundations certification

- You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
