Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Dean, the Coordinator for Online Learning and Faculty Development provides strategic leadership and operational support for faculty excellence, pedagogical innovation, and online learning at the University of Minnesota Morris. Moving beyond traditional instructional technology support, this position serves as a collaborative partner to faculty, facilitating meaningful professional development, managing use of the campus Learning Management System (Canvas), overseeing the UMN Morris online program portfolio, and acting as the primary conduit to system-wide pedagogical resources. Please note, this position is not eligible for H-1B or Green Card sponsorship. This position does not offer a STEM OPT training program. Key Responsibilities: Online Learning & Instructional Technology Management (60%)
Faculty Development and Pedagogical Leadership (30%)
