Your Job

The Regional Operational Technology (OT) Delivery Engineer will serve as a key technical leader supporting manufacturing network architecture and process control infrastructure. In this role, you will help translate enterprise standards into scalable, practical solutions that enhance network reliability, cybersecurity, and operational performance across manufacturing sites. You will partner with engineering, process control, and cybersecurity teams to enable a consistent and repeatable approach to OT networking that drives long-term value.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with Process Control, Engineering, and IT teams to advance enterprise OT network architecture strategies
  • Develop and implement scalable OT Level 1 network designs, including standardized switch configurations and architecture patterns
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for industrial switching technologies, including Stratix and Cisco-based solutions
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives by advising on network segmentation, secure connectivity patterns, and configuration standards
  • Lead and support large-scale site projects, including network readiness, cutover planning, and post-implementation stabilization
  • Identify risks and improvement opportunities within OT environments and communicate recommendations to leadership
  • Enable adoption of standardized network practices to improve reliability, reduce variability, and support a platform-based approach

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience working in Operational Technology (OT), Process Control, or manufacturing network environments, including architecture, design, or implementation of network solutions
  • Experience deploying and supporting industrial networking technologies, including switching infrastructure and troubleshooting in manufacturing environments
  • Experience with network architecture concepts such as segmentation, Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs), and secure connectivity approaches
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., engineering, IT, cybersecurity, or process control teams)
  • Ability to travel up to 40-60%

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience supporting Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) connectivity
  • Experience developing standardized network configurations, documentation libraries, and repeatable architectural patterns
  • Experience defining and enforcing vendor connectivity standards for equipment integrated into enterprise networks
  • Familiarity with OT cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443) or industry-recognized security practices
  • Knowledge of high availability designs, failure recovery strategies, and infrastructure resiliency concepts as applied to OT environments
