As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a government healthcare location, helping to support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Through routine patrols, visible presence, and strong customer service and communication, you will help address security-related concerns while reflecting our agile, reliable, and innovative team culture that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for a public healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting supervisors, medical personnel, and/or public emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, waiting areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to verify identification, visitor procedures, and/or delivery activity in accordance with location protocols and government site requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or policy-related concerns in written reports, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and location contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hospital vaccination requirements must be met.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
