Overview The Training and Engagement Lead will serve a vital role in helping Army leadership articulate and implement their vision and mission. This role is responsible for translating strategic goals, modernization efforts, and technical plans into highly accessible, user-centric training programs and comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies. By applying a deep understanding of adult learning principles and user experience, this specialist will design instructional frameworks, lead stakeholder outreach across the enterprise, and facilitate continuous improvement through active feedback loops. This position requires a dynamic facilitator who can build a strong relationship with the client, meet deliverable deadlines, move ideations to execution, and provide strategic change management to deliver measurable community and organizational impact through training and engagement.
