ENERGY SYSTEMS GROUP is looking for a Director, Construction to join our Public Sector Southwest team. This position can be remote. The ESG Southwest region has offices in Rockwall, TX, Albuquerque, NM and Littleton, CO and proximity to those offices is preferred. This position should expect to travel approximately 50% including overnight stays. The Construction Director is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all phases of construction operations, from project development and preconstruction through project execution, closeout, and warranty. This role drives operational excellence, financial performance, safety, quality, and risk management while establishing and enforcing company-wide construction best practices. The Construction Director partners closely with business development, project teams, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction. In addition, this position provides leadership and mentorship to construction personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
