Job Description

Pay rate starting at $19.00 with shift premiums of $0.50 for hours worked 4pm-midnight and $1.00 for hours worked midnight-8am.

Longevity premium of $0.25 after one year of service. Attendance Premium of $0.25.

Job Duties:



  • Accurately identifying, staging and loading of product
  • Stack all pallets properly by order number and product code.
  • Label all pallets with Master Order Number.
  • Verify price, pull dates and number of cases to the pick sheet.
  • Take completed pallets to the correct manifest operator or stage area.
  • Wrap and load pallets completed by manifest operator
  • Check stage area for completed pallet.
  • Ensure that all cases are labeled and has a barcode that can be scanned.
  • Maintain and improve quality and food safety to ensure compliance with Company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements.

Qualifications


  • Report regularly and on time to work as well as work all required hours, including overtime and weekends as scheduled.
  • Understand and follow established rules and procedures as well as accept constructive feedback.
  • Work safely and set an example of good working safe habits.
  • Follow established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all Food Safety procedures.
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work in a very cold environment.
  • Must have the ability to obtain forklift, pallet jack, and yard goat certification.
  • Must have the ability to learn and utilize EMW system used for shipping and warehouse management.
  • Ability to lift boxes weighing between 50 to 80 pounds repeatedly.
  • Must be willing and able to work various shifts, overtime, and none standard work hours.
  • Stand on concrete floor, grating, or metal stand for prolonged periods.
  • Must have demonstrated history of dependability, particularly with regard to safety and attendance.
