As ourMarketing Manager, you'll support HID's successby:

• Managing internal and external resources to successfully deliver marketing initiatives
• Owning campaign design, execution and testing, including email/content marketing strategy, landing pages,webinarexecution, paid media, nurture programs, etc.
• Developing and executing measurable regional demand creation programs that drive leads and revenue through direct and indirect sales teams
• Working with Web resources to ensure that inbound traffic can be converted into known leads through a best-in-class Web experience
• Localizing content for new product introduction deliverables based on developed positioning and messaging
• Developing relationships and working directly with vendors as needed
• Stayingup-to-datewith the latest marketing and advertising technology trends and best practices
• Positioning and branding products and solutions through the website and e-commerce platforms.
• Managing advertising, sponsorships,tradeshowsand other tasks related to event and conference management
• Working collaboratively
• Researching, creating and editing content including marketing campaign content, customer notifications, blog posts, B2B presentation decks, business case studies,videoand infographics

Your Experience and Background include:

• BS degree in marketing,communicationsor related area
• Minimum 8 years' experience in B2B marketing communications / demand generation / integrated marketing, with 2-3 years in the security industry a plus
• Proficiencyin Marketing automation, Web content management,analyticsand business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools)
• Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
• Knowledge of desktop andembedded systems
• Knowledge of HID technologies, i.e. Biometrics
• Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
• Experience creating and implementing proven successful, seeding, demand creation, leadnurturingand pipeline acceleration programs
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with other team members, customers, sales, etc.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
• High self-motivation with a sense of urgency
• Experience inworking with and managing externalvendor /partner relationships.
• History of budget management
• Ability to travel asrequired
