What you'll do

We are looking for a seasoned, strategic, and demonstrated leader to join our team as the Lead Executive Assistant to our President and General Manager of Growth. This is a dual-focus role: you will act as the primary strategic business partner to the President & GM, Growth, while simultaneously managing and mentoring a team of administrative professionals within the Growth organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the President & GM Growth's effectiveness by maximizing their reach and time, while also establishing the standard of excellence for administrative support across the revenue organization. Our ideal candidate has mastered the art of the Executive Assistant role, possesses high-level business judgment, and has proven experience guiding and inspiring a team. The candidate should be proactive, highly organized, tech-forward, and able to anticipate the needs of executives in a fast-paced, Al-enabled environment.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the President & GM of Growth.

Responsibility

  • Serve as a "right hand" and force multiplier to the President & GM, Growth owning their calendar, information flow, and day-to-day operating rhythm so their time is consistently aligned to the most important revenue and strategic priorities defined in partnership with the Growth team's senior leadership

  • Command a complex, shifting calendar; independently make high-stakes trade-off decisions on scheduling conflicts, ensuring the President & GM, Growth is meeting with key customers, partners, and internal leaders, and that the calendar accurately reflects agreed upon focus areas and priorities

  • Maintain time and energy of the Executive

  • Plan and orchestrate high-level meetings (QBRs, strategy sessions, offsites, staff meetings) in partnership with senior leadership - owning logistics and execution, and ensuring agendas, materials, and participants are aligned to the desired outcomes

  • Leverage Al tools to produce summaries and action items

  • Orchestrate seamless comprehensive domestic and international travel, often with complex itineraries involving multiple time zones and client-facing engagements

  • Lead special projects for the President & GM, Growth, such as planning morale events, speaker series, and ad hoc requests

  • Organize Ask Me Anything (AMA) events, celebrations, Slack posts for Growth-all, new hire meetings

  • Plan out the calendar for the Growth Org for the year and proactively address issues before they arise

  • Recruit, manage, and lead a team of at least three direct administrative reports supporting VPs within the Growth organization

  • Mentor your direct reports, providing coaching, conducting performance reviews, and fostering their professional growth to ensure a high-performing admin team

  • Manage the workload and coverage of the admin team, ensuring seamless support across the Growth organization during leaves, peak periods, or organizational shifts

  • Demonstrate a proactive, highly organized, and tech-forward approach to anticipate the needs of executives in a fast-paced, Al-enabled environment

  • Act as the bridge for smooth communication between the President & GM, Growth's office and internal stakeholders; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff

  • Serve as an internal champion of Al tools for basic operations, identifying and deploying them to meaningfully reduce friction, automate repetitive workflows, and amplify the output of both the executive and the broader admin team

  • Oversee budget management for team events and comprehensive expense reporting for the President & GM, Growth

  • Model the company culture by working from our SF office a minimum of 2 days per week, and providing onsite leadership for team events and major onsite gatherings


Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Experience managing direct reports (Admin Assistants, EAs, or Coordinators), with a track record of hiring, training, and retaining talent

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Experience with the Executive Assistant function, consistently demonstrating excellence in logistics, confidentiality, and executive presence

Preferred

  • Public Technology/SaaS experience

  • Proven ability to guide and inspire others; you are viewed as a leader among your peers and have experience acting as a lead for an administrative cohort

  • Readiness for managerial responsibilities with the ability to translate Executive Leadership Team goals into actionable administrative priorities

  • Ability to look beyond the day-to-day tasks and understand the "why" behind the business strategy; capable of anticipating the President & GM, Growth's needs weeks or months in advance

  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure

  • Use discretion with sensitive information

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting communications on behalf of the President & GM, Growth to the entire organization

  • Expert proficiency with modern productivity suites (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom) and experience with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Workday, etc.)

  • Stay current on the evolving Al and productivity tool landscape, proactively bringing forward recommendations that keep the Growth organization ahead of the curve for basic operations


Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $118,000.00 - $183,050.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
