- Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
- Assist theDirector ofNursing - Workforce Developmentin developing and managing thenursing extern program.
- Ensure that continuous performance improvement initiatives are designed to measure and improve the quality of care delivered and are consistent with the organization's priorities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including managers, educators and recruiters to ensure client expectations are met.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in managing costs by continually seeking data that will identify opportunities and take action to eliminate non-value costs
- Prepare and present reports on client engagementand satisfactionto management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Assist with creating a professional practice environment that encourages recruitment and retention of staff in the nursing department
- Collaborate with nursing educators to ensure that identified learning needs of the nurse externsare promptly addressed andonboarding is successful.
- Responsible forpayroll of assigned clientsalong withplacement and schedule management over multiple units
- Collaborate with recruiting to assist with recruitment activities and events
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Customer Relations or Sales preferred
- Proven experience in client relationship management, or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
