The FTA Grants Unit is seeking an energetic, resourceful individual to help with reporting, keeping track of project budgets, monitoring project progress, and working with project managers in other NYCDOT units and other agencies to ensure compliance with FTA grant requirements. Under close supervision, the applicant should be capable of analyzing complex financial and program compliance data, produce comprehensive reports and assist project management teams to advance project delivery in compliance with FTA, New York State and New York City rules and policies. Minimum Qualifications For Assignment Level I: Preferred Skills Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is necessary. College Aide must be able to work collaboratively, manage a large workload, and thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. An interest in transportation is helpful. 55a Program This position is also open to qualified persons with a disability who are eligible for the 55-a Program.
