Graphic Designer, Apparel Graphics (Basketball)

Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join a dynamic Apparel Graphics team focused on basketball. This role blends creative design with production execution-translating graphic concepts into detailed, production-ready artwork for apparel.

This is a great fit for a designer who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of the process and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

  • Translate creative concepts into production-ready graphics, including schematics, line art, and detailed layouts
  • Apply and adapt existing designs across a range of apparel styles and constructions
  • Partner closely with Graphic Design, Apparel Design, and Product teams to ensure design intent is accurately executed
  • Build and maintain files for various graphic applications such as screen print, heat transfer, and trims
  • Prepare accurate, organized tech-ready files for development and manufacturing
  • Review samples and prototypes to ensure graphic quality and consistency
  • Manage updates and revisions throughout the product lifecycle

What You Bring

  • 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within apparel
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience creating production-ready artwork and technical graphic packages
  • Solid understanding of print techniques and garment construction
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with precision and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in athletic or performance apparel
  • Familiarity with 3D tools (CLO, Browzwear, or similar)
  • Experience working in PLM or similar systems
  • Passion for basketball and sport culture

Portfolio Requirement

Please include 3-5 examples showcasing both creative design work and production-ready files (schematics, line art, or applied graphics).

Why This Role

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful apparel at the intersection of sport and design-working across teams to bring graphics from concept to reality.
