We are seeking an experienced Hubspot Marketing Hub Implementation Specialist for a 40 hour project. This critical temporary role is essential for ensuring the successful and timely migration of alumni data and communication strategies into Hubspot. The specialist will be responsible for validating, configuring, and optimizing the existing Hubspot Marketing Hub setup, which currently supports multiple distinct university brands. This position is integral to establishing a robust and functional CRM environment that will enable effective alumni engagement and communication across all institutions.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct a thorough assessment and validation of the existing Hubspot Marketing Hub configuration.

- Diagnose and resolve complex "funkiness" or incorrect setups within the Hubspot instance.

- Configure and optimize Hubspot Marketing Hub for multi-brand and business unit structures.

- Ensure proper connections and integrations are established and functioning correctly.

- Set up and validate user permissions to ensure appropriate access and functionality for team members.

- Collaborate with internal IT teams to address any technical integration challenges.

- Provide expert guidance and recommendations for best practices in Hubspot utilization.

- Work efficiently to meet urgent project deadlines, including fiscal year-end goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of successfully implementing and configuring Hubspot Marketing Hub multiple times.

- Extensive experience with multi-brand or business unit configurations within Hubspot.

- Deep expertise in Hubspot Marketing Hub's foundational underpinnings, including validations, connections, and sending domains.

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and rectify complex configuration issues.

- Experience with CRM migrations, particularly from platforms like Salesforce or Eloqua, is highly desirable.

- Ability to work independently and provide expert direction.

- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical solutions and recommendations.

- US-based, preferably in East, Central, or Mountain time zones.

- Ability to use own equipment for the duration of the contract.
