Description: Serve as the business unit owner for Sourcing and Compliance Drive targeted savings across all Region and Business Unit categories Negotiate local contracts and monitor supplier performance Deploy and standardize procurement processes across the region Manage daily purchasing activities and workflows Act as the primary point of contact for business owners and suppliers Facilitate sourcing for buyerassisted requisition channels Top Skills' Details: Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed team environment Experience with operational purchasing across multiple procurement channels Familiarity with requisitions, change orders, expedited purchasing, and PCards Experience with procuretopay processes, tools, and methodologies Understanding of spend assessment from both technology and methodology perspectives Demonstrated success in contract administration and negotiation Exposure to eProcurement platforms, eCatalogs, and contract management systems Awareness of P2P technology practices and industry trends Experience with sourcing systems and ERP platforms Strategic sourcing and technical buying experience Familiarity with eRFX, eAuction strategies, and P2P technologies Handson experience with SAP Ariba or Coupa, including: eProcurement eCatalogs eRFX and eAuction strategies Contract management technologies Strong analytical skills with a track record of producing highquality outputs Experience with process design, quality control, and workflow management preferred Skills Procurement, Asset management, Purchasing, payment card industry, sap ariba, sourcing systems, erp system, P2P technology Additional Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in contract administration, including award negotiations Experience managing subcontractors and supplier performance Experience in procurement, performance auditing, and dispute resolution Working knowledge of legal and commercial laws related to procurement Strong understanding of procurement tactics and best practices Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities High attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines Comfortable managing heavy workloads in a fastpaced environment Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of King Of Prussia, PA.
