*Pay:* * $17/hour *Start Date:* Month of July *Training Schedule:* * First 45 days fully onsite (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM) *Post-Training Schedule:* * Hybrid (10:30 AM - 7:00 PM) * Hybrid eligibility based on attendance, quality, and performance *Important:* No time off allowed during the first 6 weeks of training. What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for customers and provide meaningful support every day: * Handle 35-45 inbound calls daily (average 11-14 minutes per call) * Assist borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions with homeowners insurance inquiries * Answer questions related to payments, coverage, and policy details * Navigate multiple systems to research, document, and resolve customer concerns * Deliver accurate, timely, and professional customer support * Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively Requirements Must-Have Qualifications: * At least 1 year of recent customer service experience * Call center experience preferred; admin/front desk experience considered * Retail or food service experience alone is not sufficient * Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems * Typing speed of at least 35 WPM * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Reliable internet connection for remote work * Dependable transportation Nice to Have: * 2+ years of call center experience * Experience in mortgage or insurance Disqualifiers: * No recent relevant customer service or administrative experience * Inability to meet onsite or hybrid requirements * No reliable internet connection * Poor communication skills * Planned time off within the first 4-6 weeks Pre-Employment Requirements: * Basic Computer Literacy Test (70% passing) * Typing Test (35 WPM required) Why Join Us? * Entry-level opportunity with long-term growth potential * Gain hands-on experience in the mortgage and insurance industry * Structured training and supportive work environment * Opportunity to earn hybrid flexibility based on performance *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, MI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
