We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user research, usability, and accessibility best practices. Key Responsibilities * Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with established design standards and brand guidelines * Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points * Translate research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to deliver user-centered solutions * Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback * Ensure designs meet accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines * Conduct accessibility (ADA) evaluations and recommend improvements * Maintain consistency across products by adhering to and contributing to design systems Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
