Overview We are seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Technician to support a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is ideal for individuals with strong desktop/laptop support experience and a passion for delivering excellent end-user support. A CompTIA A+ certification (or working toward it) is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities * Support laptop and desktop refresh activities, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting * Provide on-site technical support to end users in a hospital environment * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues * Collaborate with IT team members to ensure timely resolution of technical problems * Maintain accurate inventory records and document service requests Required Qualifications * Experience in desktop support, field services, or IT support roles * Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software environments * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively * Basic understanding of networking and security best practices Preferred Qualifications * CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent) * Experience supporting healthcare or hospital environments * Familiarity with ticketing systems or knowledge base tools Additional Information * Must be comfortable lifting and moving IT equipment as needed * Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative IT team supporting essential operations in healthcare.
