Description Claims Specialists work one on one, via phone, with travelers who travel with and rely on mobility equipment. If the travelers mobility equipment has been damaged by the airline, the Claims Specialist functions as a case manager, handling each damage claim with the traveler from start to finish. Claims Specialists work closely with technicians, airline staff and the travelers to find a cost effective, efficient, and compassionate resolution. * A-Z white Glove Customer Service * Making outbound calls to customers to take care of them * Dealing with upset customers; remain calm and deescalate situation * Situational customer care approach - Out of the box critical thinking skills to take care of the customers * Company Culture is everything to them * 40-50 customers at a given time (this is the total workload running) * Speak to customers every 2-3 days to provide great care Must Haves: * 1-2 years of work experience AND Bachelors Degree * Fully Vaccinated; Covid-19 * Basic computer skills * Customer Service Skills * Must exude confidence over the telephone * Excellent phone etiquette, organizational skills and professional skills. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
