Description A TEKsystems client is seeking a client-facing Business Analyst to support their Learning & Development (L&D) Measurement & Analytics team. This role focuses on data reporting, stakeholder engagement, and process ownership in a high-visibility, compliance-driven environment. What You'll Do Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams Translate business needs into data/reporting solutions Deliver insights using Power BI dashboards and reports Ensure data accuracy, validation, and quality Own and improve reporting workflows, processes, and controls Present complex data in a clear, business-friendly way Manage multiple priorities and support business-critical reporting Top Skills Needed Power BI, SQL, Excel, Microsoft Suite Data validation & data quality management Stakeholder communication & requirements gathering Strong process management and workflow ownership (Nice to have: Python, Microsoft Fabric, LMS experience) What Makes You a Fit 3-5 years in data analytics, business analysis, or reporting Experience working with stakeholders in a client-facing role Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and deadlines Bonus- Accounting, auditing, compliance, or professional services Experience supporting business-critical reporting or controls environments Exposure to Learning & Development organizations is a plus Skills power bi, SQL, Excel, Microsoft Suite, data quality, Data Validation, python, LMS, Fabric, Requirements gathering, Auditing/accounting industry, L&D Top Skills Details power bi,SQL,Excel,Microsoft Suite,data quality,Data Validation,python,LMS,Fabric,Requirements gathering Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Experience 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, reporting, or operational roles Experience in client-facing environments, preferably within professional services, consulting, accounting, or audit organizations Proven ability to manage processes requiring high accuracy, compliance, and timeliness Technical & Analytical Skills Strong understanding of data structures, reporting logic, and data quality management Experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other Microsoft 365 applications Familiarity with Python, Power Automate, or data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric) is a plus Ability to translate technical outputs into business-friendly insights Business & Process Skills Strong process improvement and documentation experience (SOPs, workflows, process mapping) Ability to identify risks, ownership gaps, and execution issues and implement sustainable solutions Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Communication & Leadership Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams Experience facilitating meetings, managing follow-ups, and maintaining accountability Education Bachelor's degree preferred High school diploma required Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.12 - $44.57/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
