Job Description * Oversee day-to-day call center operations and management activities * Monitor attendance on an hourly and daily basis and provide updates to supervisors * Analyze and manage performance across specific call lines * Develop and optimize call-handling strategies based on agent skill sets * Support agents who handle a wide range of skill-based calls (approximately 5-25 skills per agent) * Partner closely with call center supervisors, providing regular updates and dashboard insights * Track and communicate performance metrics and operational progress * Manage administrative responsibilities related to telephony access and scheduling tools * Collaborate with the Workforce Management team on long-term planning initiatives * Contribute to budgeting, call volume forecasting, and future-state staffing plans Main Details: Start: 7/06 Pay: $22/hr - $30.00/Hr, based on experience Schedule: Flexible between the hours of 7:00am - 6:00pm CST Monday - Friday Location: 100% remote. Equipment will be provided. Duration: 6 month contract to hire. Goal is to bring someone on permanently. Qualifications: * High School diploma, or equivalent * 3 years of related work experience * Prior call-center Real Time/Workforce Management background (required) * Proficient with the Microsoft Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook). * Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and perform multiple tasks with an attention to detail. * Strong organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills. * Ability to communicate clearly and professionally to supervisor level management. * Prior experience with Five9 and Verint (highly preferred). And Verint most specifically. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
