Primary Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the Resources Right of Way Business Class Leader (BCL) is to provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of right-of-way technical services within HDR's Resources Business Group. The Resources Right of Way BCL supports continued growth, technical excellence, quality delivery, implementation of technology, and market integration of right-of-way services across the Resources Business Group. This role collaborates with business group leadership, market sector leadership, operations leadership, technical staff, and client teams to align technical capabilities and resources with client needs and strategic growth objectives. This position reports to the Resources Professional Services Cross Sector Director through an operating Area and maintains close coordination with the Right of Way Cross Sector Director and market sector leadership. The BCL will leverage HDR performance metrics and tools to monitor the health and performance of the Resources Right of Way business class and support continued business group success. Travel associated with this role is anticipated to be up to 20% and will vary based on project, client, and business needs. Utilization This role combines technical leadership, project delivery, and cross-sector coordination responsibilities. The selected candidate is expected to maintain active engagement in project and program work with a utilization goal of 50% while supporting broader business class leadership initiatives.
