Learn more about us at https://www.hawkinsinc.com/careers/ ABOUT THE JOB: The Associate Systems Administrator serves as the primary on-site IT resource for the Fullerton, CA location, delivering responsive, customer-focused helpdesk and technical support while assisting in the administration of core IT systems and infrastructure. This role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving end-user issues, managing hardware and software deployments, and ensuring reliable operation of end-user technology across the site and remotely for other locations as needed. Key responsibilities include managing and resolving support tickets, installing and maintaining workstations, printers, and mobile devices, and performing system imaging, moves/adds/changes, and equipment lifecycle tasks. basic network connectivity, maintains accurate asset inventories and documentation, and ensures endpoint security and updates are current.
