The Lead Product Quality Data Analyst plays a critical role in shaping data-driven decision making across Harley-Davidson's global Quality organization. This role leads the strategy, development, and delivery of advanced analytics that drive improvements in product quality, warranty performance, and customer satisfaction. This individual acts as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, translating complex data into actionable insights, influencing cross-functional decisions, and enabling proactive identification and resolution of quality issues across product development, manufacturing, and field performance. High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Education Specifications
