• Experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rentals
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with property management systems (Hostaway preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Job Duties

• Oversee daily operations for short-term rentals and hotel properties
• Ensure properties are guest-ready, clean, stocked, and maintained
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, vendors, and remote support teams
• Monitor reservations, same-day turnovers, and guest requests
• Manage guest communications across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.)
• Conduct quality inspections, property audits, and inventory oversight
• Resolve operational issues and escalations quickly and professionally
• Support onboarding of new properties and assist with long-term rental operations
• Supervise cleaners, vendors, and support staff to ensure high standards
• Track performance, enforce accountability, and improve workflows
• Protect revenue through upselling opportunities, damage tracking, and quality control
