Electrical Construction Manager

Construction Manager - Electrical | Childress, TX

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead onsite electrical operations for a major construction project in Childress, TX. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in MEP systems, electrical coordination, and mission-critical or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily electrical construction activities, subcontractors, and vendors
• Coordinate system startups, commissioning, and project schedules
• Ensure installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve complex electrical and MEP coordination challenges
• Review RFIs, submittals, and construction documents for accuracy and compliance
• Lead startup meetings and support client training on system operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction management experience
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, MEP coordination, and commissioning processes
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation $90,000-$150,000 DOE + 12% geo uplift, $150 per diem, and incentives

Hours: 7 days per week | 50-hour work week
