Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00/Hour
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week

What You'll Do:
  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and finished products
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
  • Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions
  • Identify nonconforming material and initiate NCRs as needed
  • Communicate quality issues to production and leadership teams
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Recommend process improvements to reduce defects and variation
  • Perform random audits to verify process compliance
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in alignment with 5S standards.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment
  • 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience in metal fabrication, HVAC, or heat exchanger manufacturing
  • Experience working under ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
  • Experience with NCR documentation and root cause analysis
  • Basic computer/data entry experience (Excel, ERP systems)
  • Familiarity with QC processes and documentation
  • Proficiency using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection processes
  • Ability to document inspection results and communicate findings effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Technical skills and ability to understand blueprints, documents, and manuals.
  • Knowledge of basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to influence others to follow rules and regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills and teamwork mentality
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Dexterity, physical strength, and physical stamina
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
